Board

We have always been a full service facility with no “Special Service” fees added to the monthly board rate.  These are difficult financial times.  There are owners and horses that do not need all services.  Therefore we’ve decided to make a change to help.

 There have been 2 categories Premium Board (12X12) and Standard Board.  We are adding a third Basic Board.

 All Board includes the following 

·         Full use of facility

·         No lessons or training required

·         High-Quality Hay as needed

·         Stall Cleaning

·         Watering

·        Barn Worming Program

·         Access To 2 Recognized, and 6 Schooling Shows a year

·        Fire alarm system

·        Night Check

Premium Board - $875/Month – Large  Barn (Stalls 1 - 7)

·       12 X 12 stall

·       Grain (up to 3x per day) with owner-supplied supplements

·       Customized All-Day or Partial Day Turnout in a variety of paddock sizes.

·       Boots and Blanket changes (Supplied by owner)

·       Holding for Vet & Farrier

·       Medication Administration

·       Fly Spray (Supplied by owner)

·       Basic First Aid including Supplies

·       Trailer Parking

Standard Board - $825/Month –Large Barn  (Stalls 8 – 20)  or Small Barn  (All Stalls) *

·     Grain 2X  per day (with owner-supplied supplements)

·       Customized All-Day Group, or Individual Partial Day Turnout in a variety of paddocks.

·     Boots and Blanket changes (Supplied by owner)

·     Holding for Vet & Farrier

·     Medication Administration

·     Fly Spray (Supplied by owner)

·     Basic First Aid including Supplies

·     Night Checks

·     Trailer Parking

Basic Board - $750/Month – Large Barn  (Stalls 8 – 20) *

·       Grain 2X per day

·       Group turnout in large fields only (show field for geldings, behind indoor for mares. No turnout on show days)

·       No medication 

·       No Fly Spray

·       No boots and blanket changes

·       No Holding for Vet & Farrier

·       No trailer parking

*      Board categories may not be changed mid-month.  We need to be notified of a change one week before the end of the month.
