About PDF forms.
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. It was developed by Adobe Systems to allow forms to be created that can be used by anyone with an Internet connection. It requires the free Adobe Reader which may be downloaded by clicking here Adobe Reader Download. Adobe reader is continuously upgraded, therefore, it is a good idea to update your version if it is an older one.
Schooling Show Entry - Please read all of the instructions below before starting.
Create a schooling show entry form by clicking on the Green PDF Schooling Show Entry below. An image of the form will appear. There are three options for using the form:
Save a copy of the form to your disk for use later.
Print a blank copy to be filled in by hand, signed, and mailed along with a negative coggins and payment. If this option is chosen, it is necessary to fill in the show date, check off the desired classes fill in the entry fee for each class and calculate the total entry fee.
Prepare the form on the computer as follows to have the fees calculated automatically. Note the highlight fields button on the top of the form, if you click it the required fields are highlighted..
Select the show date using the pull down box.
Key in horse and rider information.
Click the box for each class desired. If it is a test of choice, remember to select the desired test. If the test is not specified in the drop down box, select other, then enter the test description.
Print the entry form, sign and mail a copy along with negative coggins and payment.
Note to Juniors. We do not know your age. You must specify your birth date or you will be entered as a senior.
If we have enough entries we separate classes, and we may not be able to switch the day of the show.
