1.     LEVELS

        Training through Grand Prix. Classes will be split as required for scheduling.

 

2.    AWARDS

       Six ribbons in each class. Open/AA/JR/YR will be pinned separately if three or more entries in a class.  Refund of entry fee for the highest score at each level. (FEI is one level).

 

3.    ENTRIES

    Entries will be limited and processed in the order received. Checks deposited upon receipt. Each entry form must have all three signatures the word 'same" is not acceptable. Please send full payment with entry form and current negative Coggins. Please specify Junior or Young Rider or Adult Amateur. Make checks payable to Beland Stables, Inc. Post entries accepted to fill scratches at additional charge. Refunds will NOT be given for scratches after closing date. There is no number deposit required. Class changes will be made upon written request, if schedule allows, and upon payment of appropriate fee. Scratches must be received in writing on or before closing date to receive refund.

       CLOSING DATE MEANS ENTRIES IN OUR HANDS.

 Enclose copy of USEF and USDF  membership card or:

         $20.00 USEF non-member fee and $5.00 discipline fee (Horse, Rider, Owner and Trainer).

         NEW $20.00 USDF non-member fee (Rider and Owner).

 -$40.00 per class Training, First and Second Level.

 -$45.00 per class Third and Fourth Level.

 -$50.00 per class FEI Level.

 -$10.00 Qualifying - add to class fee.

 -$12.00 drug fee ($7 Drugs/Meds $5 USEF).

 -$20.00 office fee  (non-refundable).

 -$20.00 post entry fee.

 -$20.00 fee for incomplete or illegible entries - will be returned for correction. This includes entries without a copy of current Coggins test.

      -$20.00 fee for non-negotiable checks.

      -$20.00 per change to entry form - must accompany your written request.

      -NO number deposit

 

4.    TIMES

   Times will be available on the website www.BelandStables.com at least one week prior to show. If you wish your times to be sent, please enclose SASE.  No times by phone.  No phone calls before 8:00 or after 9:00 PM.  Official times will be in the show program.

 

5.   STABLING

 No stabling on the farm. Call Dave at 508-947-6982 for help locating stalls at nearby farms.

 

6.    ACCOMMODATIONS

7.    DIRECTIONS

From Route 495 – Exit 4 105 south to Lakeville, cross route 18 to Precinct

Street second left onto Montgomery Street. Farm is on left.

From Route 140 Exit 10 Route 79 East. First right onto Kingman Street. First left onto

Montgomery Street. Farm is one mile on the right.

 

8.    FOOTING

Two large sand, small and large grass arenas. One 20M X 60M sand warm-up.  Qualifying classes may be held on grass.

 

9.    ENTERTAINMENT

Food available on grounds

 

10.  OTHER

EMT on grounds. Veterinarian on call: Chase Vet Clinic 508-947-9400. Farrier on grounds. Management reserves the right to combine, divide and cancel any of the noted classes and add or vary the list of judges. Horses not entered in show schooling on the grounds will be allowed upon receipt of proper entry form ($30.00 schooling fee) and negative Coggins test. All horses including those being schooled are required to wear show-assigned number tag at all times.

 

       NO DOGS ON GROUNDS.

 

 USEF RULE

Minors who do not have a valid driver's license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles on the competition grounds of licensed competitions.  Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver's license.  Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the, parent(s), guardians(s) and/or trainer(s) who are responsible for the child commiting the offense.  Penalties may include exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardians(s) and/or trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and charges being filed against any of the above individuals in accordance with Chapter 6.  Wheelchairs and other mobility asistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
